Coaching
Understanding AI is only half the work.
The other half is figuring out what to do with that understanding — in your practice, your work, your life. I bring 7+ years of ML research and take the human side of AI just as seriously as the technical.
1:1 Sessions
These are working conversations, not tutorials and not therapy. You bring the questions — how does this technology actually work, what is it doing to my field, what should I trust and what should I push back on — and I answer them directly, drawing on seven years of ML research and a genuine interest in what you’re actually dealing with.
What we cover
- How AI actually works — transformers, training, RLHF, context windows. Explained with enough precision to build a real mental model, not just a metaphor that breaks when you push on it.
- What AI can and cannot do — the boundary between genuine capability and impressive-seeming pattern-matching is where most of the confusion lives. Getting this right changes how you use these tools.
- Your emotional response to all of it — the anxiety, the attachment, the grief, the distrust, the excitement you’re not sure you’re allowed to feel. These responses are not noise. They are information about your values.
- Privacy and data sovereignty — what happens to what you share with AI systems, what the business model implies, and what you can practically do about it.
- Your specific situation — how AI is affecting your field, your practice, your sense of expertise, or your daily work. This is where the session gets specific to you.
Who this is for
Coaches and therapists who want to think carefully about AI in their practice. Writers and academics who feel something is at stake in how they engage with these tools. Professionals whose fields are shifting and who want a real picture rather than a calming one. Parents trying to explain something they don’t fully understand themselves. Anyone who has been burned by hype and wants a more honest conversation. No technical background required — just a willingness to think out loud.
Linda is one of my favourite coaches to work with. Her presence is steady — both authentically caring and sensitive to what feels tender, and simultaneously, relaxedly fearless and direct. This helps me drop into the deeper, underlying feelings that are harder to access and work on. I feel safe and seen with her.

Self-paced, no technical background required, built from the inside by someone who uses these systems every day and has spent years studying them professionally.

Course overview & reading list
A one-page summary of what the course covers, who it’s for, and where to start before it launches.
What you’ll learn
- What AI actually knows about you — data collection, profiling, and inference: what is being built, by whom, from what, and to what end.
- Your digital footprint — an honest audit of what you’re currently sharing, with whom, under what terms. Not to produce guilt — to produce agency.
- Attention by design — how recommendation systems and interfaces are built to hold you. Understanding the engineering behind the experience.
- The privacy toolkit — messaging, browsing, email, passwords. Ranked by effort and actual impact so you can start with what matters most.
- Using AI without losing yourself — how to work with AI tools in ways that keep your own thinking sharp. The difference between augmentation and delegation.
- Teaching others — how to have this conversation without sounding alarmist or conspiratorial. Practical framing for coaches, parents, colleagues, and friends.
